A. Smoking is very dangerous for our body, especially for our lungs. Mani people mentioned smoking as being so unhealty. It is not only very unhealty for the smoker, but also for those who are nearby and breathing in the smoke from that person-this is called passive smoking .If so many people know that smoking is bad for their health.then why do so many Indonesia smoke?......................................................................................................................
B.Whe have to eat good, nutritious food, including fresh vegetables and fruit so that we get the right amount of proteins, vitamins and carbohydrates to be healty.
C.Dringking plenty of clean water is important. You have drink a glass of water before you go to bed every night and as soon asyou get up each morning. It helps your circulation.


BINGKUAN

Bingkuan grows underground. It is similar to a potato but the difference is in growing it. Bingkuan has an off-white skin. It has white flesh. The longer it is kept, the sweeter taste it will have. If the skin is damage it will rot easly. This fruit can help prevent stomach and colon disease. It can help make our skin soft and smooth. It is often used as ingredient of traditional food like rujak and sari buah.
